At Burfie Publications, we are dedicated to providing you with the best experience on every purchase.

We will only accept a return of delivered products if:

• The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described or shown on our website at the time of ordering. If applicable, the item will be replaced (subject to availability).

Returns Process

To initiate a return, kindly provide us with the following information:

• Our Customer Support team will confirm your request and guide you through the return process.
• Please ensure the product is in unused and original condition.
• Include the original invoice, price tags, and any other relevant documentation along with the returned product.

When Returns Are Not Possible

Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:

• The return request is made outside the 6 business days period after receiving the order.
• The product has been damaged or tampered with after delivery.
• The product is returned without its original packaging.

Cancellations

Orders placed online can be canceled before they are shipped. If the payment was made via electronic methods (credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI), the entire order amount will be refunded. However, cancellations cannot be made once the item has been shipped.

Cancellation Without Prior Notice

Your order may be cancelled by us without prior notice, and you will be notified via email or phone after the cancellation. Cancellations may occur for any of the following reasons:

• Shipping address is unreachable
• The item is out of stock
• A natural disaster affecting the buyer or seller

Refunds

Refunds will only be processed to the payment account originally used for the transaction.

• Refund currency: Indian Rupees only
• Refund processing time: 5 to 7 business days
• Refund discretion: Refunds are at the sole discretion of Burfie Publications, based on the return or cancellation eligibility.
